All contractual relations established between the seller and the buyer are governed by these terms and conditions, roots are in accordance with the law of the Slovak Republic. In the absence of contractual relations modified terms and conditions, incurred between seller and buyer - consumers are those governed by the Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended, Act no. 250/2007 Coll. Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and Act. 108/2000 Z.z. on consumer protection in distance selling, as amended, Act no. 428/2002 Z.z. on the protection of personal data. In the absence of contractual relations modified terms and conditions, incurred between seller and buyer - these businesses belong Act. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended.
Delivery terms
There dispatched to the country: Slovakia Czech Republic Germany Austria Poland The courier will deliver the goods ordered. Delivery time ranges from two to thirty days. The precise time of delivery you will be informed subsequent to the goods ordered.
Payment terms

Canceled

Withdrawal
In accordance with the Act. 108/2000 Z.z. on consumer protection in distance selling, as amended, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 paragraph. 1 consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. In the event that the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal without giving any reason it shall bear the cost of returning goods. Warranty
